I create all of the work you see here on this website. Many of the pieces are intricate and take time to make. If you are interested in a specific piece and it is listed as “Out of Stock” please feel free to contact me. Many of the pieces may be recreated for you as a custom piece. Some pieces are listed as “one of a kind” because the stones used are individually curated specifically for that piece. If you are interested in a piece that has a “one of a kind” stone, I usually can recreate the piece with a different stone.

Custom Orders:

I welcome custom orders on a first come, first served basis. I make all my jewelry by hand, by myself. In order for me to focus on your piece exclusively, I ask for a 4-6 week time frame. Your piece will be completed in the order in which it is received and after the down payment is processed. You are solely responsible for providing me with accurate sizing information for rings and bracelets. Once I agree to create a piece for you I will ask for a non refundable down payment equal to 1/3 of the total cost of the piece. Upon approval of the final design and before production, I will ask for a second payment. Final payment will be due upon completion of the piece.

Returns and Refunds on Non-Custom Pieces:

I hand make every piece of jewelry. When you buy a piece from me I want you to love it. If, upon receiving it, you are unhappy with it, contact me within 48 hours of receipt. You can either send it back to me for a full refund (item must be in 100% original undamaged, unworn and unaltered condition in original box. You are responsible for all return shipping costs including insurance.) or you can exchange it for another available piece of equal or higher value. Refunds/exchanges will not be honored if I don’t receive the original piece back. Refunds will be processed and issued after the piece is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. After 5 days of receipt date, all items are non-returnable/exchangeable.

Returns and Refunds on Custom Ordered Pieces:

I communicate with you throughout the process of making your special piece of jewelry. Absolutely no refunds or returns or exchanges are offered on custom pieces.

Shipping:

***Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there may be delays in receiving your items due to shipping issues out of my control. Thank you for understanding.***

All pieces ship within 1-3 business days of ordering.

Domestic Shipping:

Domestic orders are shipped by USPS First Class Priority Flat Rate mail. This option includes the standard $50.00 limit on insurance and a tracking number. If you want to add full shipping insurance, please contact me directly.

International Shipping:

International orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail International. All shipping outside of the United States via USPS International Priority Mail normally takes 6-10 business days. It may take longer depending on your area’s customs. All taxes, duties, and customs fees associated with international shipping are the responsibility of the buyer.

Remember, shipping errors are rare but they do happen. I will not assume responsibility for delays, damages, lost and/or stolen packages. Please understand that once your package leaves my hands, it is now the responsibility of the USPS to get it to you safely. For an additional cost you may add insurance. You can also opt for a “signature required” to your item.
